Minga Forum on Education 2 – Collaborative Solutions @ Early Learning Coalition of Orange County

Over 75 business and community leaders from all sectors gathered at the first Minga Forum on Education to understand the issues in early childhood education and envision a better future for our youngest citizens. We also learned how investing in quality early childhood care and development for all our children improves education results and achievement gaps, reduces social spending, and ultimately builds a stronger local workforce, economy, and community.

At our second Minga Forum on Education – Collaborative Solutions, we will again bring together business and community leaders from all sectors to focus on developing a common understanding of the current system of early childhood care and education and identifying the gaps and interventions needed to build a better system.

Central FL business and community leaders — Make a real difference and show your committment to children, education, and a stronger community…Because Education is Everyone’s Business!

Register now for a seat at the table. Seats are limited, and lunch is included. This event is NOT a fundraiser. Tickets are free, but active participation is required. This Minga Forum on Education is hosted by The Community Seal and The Early Learning Coalition of Orange County, in association with Central Florida Foundation.

The Community Seal is the network and “seal of approval” for companies that are committed to giving back to the community. Our social mission is to grow community engagement and create opportunities for non-profits and companies to collaborate and solve social problems.

The Early Learning Coalition of Orange County provides access to high-quality early care and education services for children in our community.

Minga is a South American term for when neighbors come together to help each other or for the betterment of the community.
