Pulte Group’s North Florida Division Names Jonathan Pierce Vice President of Construction

ORLANDO, Fla.—April  18, 2019–Pulte Group’s North Florida division has announced that Jonathan Pierce has been named Vice President of Construction.  In this new role, Pierce will be responsible for overseeing construction operations, including construction, customer care and support teams for the North Florida division.  The division closes on more than 1,500 homes annually.

Previously, Pierce was Vice President of Procurement for Pulte after starting with the division in 2004.

Pierce graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Building Construction.

Due to the proven demand for housing, Pulte’s North Florida division is planning to open more than 20 communities this year, 15 of those within master-planned developments across North and Central Florida.
