Scott Brazdo, MBA and Steve Buck are the co-founders and owners of Black Tie Digital Marketing. Brazdo and Buck met while working at RideNow Powersports in 2006. They quickly became best friends after many lunch-break motorcycle rides to Tijuana Flats in Winter Springs. While at lunch, they would dream of what they would do differently if they owned their own company together one day.
They continued their friendship even when Brazdo moved on to work as vice president of marketing for a Rhode Island-based digital marketing agency. When the company continued to grow, Brazdo recommended Buck, and he was quickly hired as the marketing manager for their new Orlando-based office.
Brazdo and Buck became the one-two punch in the agency; Brazdo was selling and marketing the company, while Buck was integrating the system to clients. It was there where they learned the skills they would need to launch their own agency from scratch in 2010.
Today, Black Tie Digital Marketing is a thriving digital marketing agency that has grown to a team of 10 employees, over 150 clients nationwide with offices in Melbourne and Lake Mary.
