Jeff Piersall, co-founder/ceo
A proven leader, Piersall has positively affected thousands of people throughout his career – starting as a former high school and college basketball coach and throughout his corporate and entrepreneurial business pursuits. As a sales and marketing leader, he has built million dollar sales territories, led organizations of over 7,000 independent sales representatives, and served at senior level corporate positions for Vulcan Binder, Reliv International, The Limu Company, and Legacy for Life.
Piersall serves as a board member of the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement, United Way, the EDC of Florida’s Space Coast, Viera Charter School Foundation, KLD Youth Foundation and the Brevard County Tourism Development Council.
Piersall received his bachelor’s degree from Troy State University and master’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He lives in Melbourne with Judy, his wife of 30 years. They have three children: Kali, a graduate of the University of Alabama; Ellie, a junior at the University of North Florida; and Wes, who attends and plays baseball at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Josh Field, co-founder/president
A seasoned and accomplished marketer, Field managed multi-million dollar consumer brands and created successful advertising campaigns, new products, and promotions as an executive manager for companies including Ralston Purina, Coca-Cola and Mary Kay before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey in 2006 as co-founder of SCB Marketing.
Field currently serves on numerous boards and committees throughout the Space Coast, including: the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast; LEAD Brevard; Founders Forum; Brevard Cultural Alliance; and Board of Overseers at Florida Institute of Technology’s Nathan M. Bisk College of Business.
Field received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, and master’s degree from Northwestern University’s acclaimed J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He and his wife Jamie reside in Melbourne and have been married 26 years. They have two sons: Adam, a first year medical student at Florida State University’s College of Medicine, and Zach, a junior at the University of Florida.
Eric Wright, managing director
Wright is a respected writer, speaker and leader. He grew up on the Space Coast where he witnessed the potential and power of a transformational vision. Originally trained in the visual arts, he began his career in marketing in the cosmetic and specialty chemical industry. He then spent over twenty-five years leading organizations in the nonprofit sector.
Wright has served on various municipal economic development and visioning councils and is a sought after conference speaker, having taught leadership and management seminars on four continents. He is a guest lecturer in World Religions and Humanities at Brevard Community College and the author of countless published articles, as well as two books. Since 2007, he has been a columnist and editor for SpaceCoast Business magazine. He will now be the editor and managing director for i4 Business.
Wright received his master’s degree from the Wagner Institute in Colorado Springs. He lives in Indialantic with his wife of 30 year, Susan. They have three married sons, Eric, John William and Quentin.
