Since 1996, Patricia “Pat” Engfer has held numerous chairperson and leadership roles with local organizations such as Visit Orlando, the Metro Orlando Economic Development Commission, the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association, Central Florida Partnership, YMCA and others. Her support and leadership in the community was recognized by the Metro Orlando EDC with the 2012 James B. Greene Award for her role as an engaging community leader who improves the quality of life and business environment in Orlando. Additionally, Engfer was honored as the 2013 Business Woman of the Year by Orlando Business Journal for her accomplishments not only in business, but also volunteer contributions at local charities to improve the community.
