As vice president of Business Development for SCB Marketing, Cherise Czaban works closely with a diverse portfolio of businesses to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Czaban, along with SCB’s business development, production and design teams, executes these strategies through print media, digital advertising, content marketing and partnerships, with a focus on delivering real value with each project.
Beginning with her role as marketing coordinator for McCotter Ford-Mercury in 1995, Czaban went on to hold several sales leadership positions, including senior sales director for Mary Kay Inc., before bringing her knowledge and expertise to SCB Marketing in April 2012. Since then, she has developed and implemented creative inbound marketing campaigns and sales materials for both clients and SCB, all informed by the most recent research and developments in such a dynamic field.
Czaban’s gift for understanding others, along with her intuition, has not only shaped her business development approach but also her community presence. She has served on the board of directors for the Titusville Area Chamber of Commerce, led the Viera chapter of WOAMTEC from April 2010 to April 2014, and is a member of the class of 2014 of Leadership Brevard and Class 89 of Leadership Orlando.
Currently she serves on the board of directors for Founders Forum and on the governing board for Athena Powerlink. Her monthly newsletter, “Inspiring Success,” curates content for Central Florida’s businesswomen and features a message aimed at motivating, as well as events where women in the area can network and build connections. Czaban also writes a monthly marketing article for i4 Business and SpaceCoast Business, featuring topics including content marketing, integrated marketing and brand awareness.
