  • As a Customer Care Agent you will answer calls from direct mail inquiries and guests with open-dated packages to book packages and to arrange accommodations and tours for multiple property locations. Assist guests who have booked packages who are wanting to make date changes, and respond to questions concerning their upcoming vacation. You should be able to up-sell and persuade guest to book certain property locations/months according to goals that are established.
  • As a Reservations Agent you will call guests with open-dated packages to book packages and to arrange accommodations and tours for multiple property locations. You will also assist guests who have booked packages who are wanting to make date changes and respond to questions concerning their upcoming vacation. You should be able to up-sell and persuade guest to book certain property locations/months according to goals that are established.

Use your communication skills and positive demeanor to power vacation dreams as a Call Center Team Member. In this role, you’ll serve as our vacation solutions guide, connecting customers to their ideal vacations before they even set foot within one of our resorts. In this fast paced and upbeat environment, you’ll be talking with guests every day, planning travel adventures, and building anticipation for exciting vacations.
