Entrepreneurs set to pitch in Rollins venture competition

Entrepreneurs to Compete for up to $50,000 at Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business’ Venture Plan Competition

The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business will host its eleventh Annual Venture Plan Competition—Central Florida’s very own “Shark Tank”—with up to $50,000 in funding at stake.

The competition is scheduled for Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. at Canvs – 101 S. New York Ave, Winter Park. The public is invited to attend and admission is free.

Four Finalists will present their new product or business plans to a panel of Central Florida’s top entrepreneurial experts, including venVelo CEO and President Richard Licursi, EntreNext Ventures Mentor Capitalist, Jonathan Taylor,  and LFE Capital CEO and Chairman Leslie Frecon.

Previous Crummer Venture Plan Competition winners include Tomas Dias of flexReceipts (2012) and Lyndsay Lang of Fattmerchant (2015).
