IAAPA Expo 2021 Opens in Orlando, Florida

Premier Conference and Trade Show for the Global Attractions Industry Takes Place at the Orange County Convention Center Nov. 15-19

ORLANDO, Fla., US (Nov. 15, 2021) — IAAPA Expo 2021, the global attractions industry’s premier event, opens today at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Hosted by IAAPA, the global association for the attractions industry, this year’s event features more than 850 exhibiting companies from around the world filling more than 375,000 net square feet of indoor exhibition space. Thousands of global attractions industry professionals are expected to attend, learn from each other, network and make buying decisions for the future.

Trade Show Floor

More than 850 exhibiting companies from a variety of business categories will display the latest products and services on the trade show floor. Education Conference and Special Events Throughout the week, IAAPA Expo offers more than 90 educational experiences designed specifically for attractions professionals as part of the event’s robust education conference. Attendees will learn from world-renowned industry experts, make new connections, and build their international networks.Special events include the sold-out GM and Owners’ Breakfast on Wednesday, Nov. 17, featuring Richard A. Zimmerman, President & Chief Executive Officer, Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. IAAPA Brass Ring Award recipients and IAAPA Award winners including IAAPA Hall of Fame inductees, IAAPA Service Awards and the  IAAPA Young Professional of the Year, will be celebrated at the Opening Reception on Tuesday, November 16.

Additional highlights include the sold-out “Lunch and Learn” featuring Josh D’Amaro, chairman, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products and “Game Changer – From Spectator to Participant: The New Paradigm of Immersive Entertainment” featuring Winston Fisher, CEO of AREA15 and partner, Fisher Brothers.

Participants can take part in more than 50 events  aimed at member constituencies and tracks, including the International ReceptionWater Park SocialFamily Entertainment Centers Reception, and much more.

Press ConferencesIAAPA Expo is where news happens. Attendees will be among the first to learn the latest industry news as exhibiting companies debut and unveil new products, and announce what’s new during press conferences right on the trade show floor (booth #3040). This year, more than 20 exhibiting companies are hosting press conferences announcing new advances in rides, technology, products, and services in the global attractions industry.
