Spring into Savings at Museum of Illusions Orlando

Florida resident pricing, The Wheel at ICON Park® combo ticket, and new VIP Illusions Experience offer three ways to play at Central Florida’s newest mind-bending “edutainment” destination

ORLANDO, Fla. (March 18, 2021) – With Easter arriving earlier than usual this year, out of state visitors are likely to depart sooner, too, providing Florida residents with a stellar opportunity to vacation in their own backyard before the crowds return this summer. Museum of Illusions Orlando announces three new ways for them to play in April and May, and at a valuable savings.

Opened earlier this year and located on International Drive at ICON Park®, Museum of Illusions offers over 50 intriguing exhibits and more eye-fooling fun under one roof than any other destination in Central Florida. Guests can take enviable, share-worthy snaps they won’t find anywhere else.

Florida residents can grab their smartphones, friends and family for enviable shots at the special Florida resident price of $19.95 plus tax at any age (children two and under are free). The offer is available Mondays through Fridays in the months of April and May, and is a $5 per ticket discount off regular peak hours pricing.

Have more time to play? The Museum of Illusions + The Wheel at ICON Park® combo ticket is the ticket, any day of the week! The price is $37.95 plus tax for adults and $32.95 for children ages three and older, saving the buyer $15 if purchased separately.

Museum of Illusions Orlando’s VIP Illusions Experience offers the ultimate package for parties of four to eight guests – ideal for birthday parties, anniversaries and other special occasions and celebrations when a premium experience is a must. Included in the VIP Illusions Experience:

  • General admission ticket
  • Private tour guide sharing insider information to surprise and delight every guest
  •  Magician / Illusions Butler guiding interactive games and sharing up-close, mind-blowing magic tricks
  • VIP Illusions credential lanyard (keepsake)
  • 10% off merchandise and Dilemma Games® in the museum’s Smart (Gift) Shop
  • 25% off apparel (hoodies, t-shirts, hats) in Smart Shop
  • Special weekday morning hours: offered at 10:00am, 10:15am, 10:30am, 10:45am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
  • The price is $149.95 plus tax for up to four people. Each additional guest is $29.99 plus tax, up to eight people max per party.

Museum of Illusions’ collection of interactive, immersive and distinctly incomprehensible exhibits are based on math, science, and psychology. Visitors are prompted to learn about the tricks of perception and how the human brain works as they move through each exhibit. Imaginations can run free in the vast expanse of the Infinity Room, defy the laws of gravity in the Reverse Room, and shrink to miniature size in the Ames Room — all while capturing a coveted, baffling photo.

In addition to its core collection, the museum’s climate-controlled building, 1-2-hour experience, free parking at ICON Park®, and adjacency to food and beverage outlets, make it a winning entertainment option for inquisitive minds of all ages. Guests can purchase puzzles, mind-tricking games and other souvenirs in the museum’s Smart (Gift) Shop. Operating hours are 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Orlando’s newest museum has a variety of COVID-19 safety measures in place, including mandatory face masks, limited capacity, designated time slots, one-way paths through exhibits, ongoing cleaning by staff, and hand sanitizers and wipes for guests.

Tickets may be purchased online or at the ticket counter based on availability. For operating hours and to purchase tickets, visit https://orlando.museumofillusions.us/.
