Central Florida Partnership
Amanda Muley serves as director of investor relations for the Central Florida Partnership, a collaborative of public, private and independent sector leaders committed to building a better tomorrow for the Central Florida region. Through its involvement with successful projects such as SunRail, Project Hometown, and Supportive Housing for the Chronic Homeless, the Central Florida Partnership is helping the region move closer to achieving its full potential as a globally-recognized, high-performing economy.
Amanda is no stranger to the power and importance of community organizations. After graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2006, Amanda served as director of membership at the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce for eight years before returning to Central Florida in 2014. In her current role, Amanda helps share the work of the Partnership across the seven-county region while working with Partnership investors to ensure they are actively engaged in the organization’s regional priority initiatives including: transportation, sources of capital, Florida’s super region, the talent pipeline, and international business.
Amanda also serves on and helps coordinate the Central Florida Partnership’s Young Professionals Advisory Council (YPAC). Investors in the Central Florida Partnership have the opportunity to nominate one employee under the age of 32 to represent their organization. YPAC is a true advisory council designed to give this generation a chance to share its thoughts and opinions when it comes to the priorities of the Central Florida Partnership. Through bimonthly meetings, roundtable discussions and opportunities to attend Central Florida Partnership Board meetings, YPAC helps to guarantee that these important voices are heard. “I am so excited to see how much YPAC has grown over the past year and how engaged and dedicated our members are. These young professionals are the future leaders of Central Florida. Getting them actively involved in community conversations early on is crucial to the ongoing growth of our region.”
