Milton W. Carroll, Jr. began his career in financial services in 1991 with Worthen National Bank of Arkansas, which later became Bank of America. While at Bank of America, Carroll fulfilled several leadership roles in retail banking and commercial loan review, eventually specializing in small business lending.
In 2000, Carroll joined First Union Bank’s Orlando Business Banking Department as a relationship manager. He served as a founding member and was awarded the Florida Business Banking Deal of the Year Award in 2003. In 2006, he joined Fifth Third Bank as a commercial real estate relationship manager, a role that included an assignment to the special assets group during 2008. In 2009, Carroll became vice president of sales and marketing for Aegis Business Credit, where he developed a broader knowledge of asset-based lending and working capital financing techniques for commercial businesses.
Carroll returned to his commercial lending roots in 2013 with City National Bank of Florida, and he is now a proud member of Fidelity Bank of Florida. In his role as a commercial loan officer, Carroll is responsible for the development of new business relationships in the Orlando metropolitan area. At Fidelity Bank, he works with highly skilled professionals to quickly deliver well-executed loan solutions to commercial clients. Carroll attributes his banking success to earning clients’ trust daily and takes pride in the calls and holiday cards he still receives from customers who knew him two decades ago in Arkansas.
Beyond work, Carroll is inspired by his wife and three children. He serves as a trustee of his church and is a board member of Florida Citrus Sports.
