Women in Business
Joni Luce is a 25-year sales veteran with extensive experience in project coordination, budgeting, marketing and networking in the local community. Since joining CORT as a business development executive several years ago, Joni has assisted many new companies that have relocated to the area, from helping them with budgets and their strategic business plan to saving capital on startup costs. She has shown these new businesses that renting furnishings through CORT is more than a furniture delivery, it is a service. Joni helps her customers create a design that maximizes their workspace and provides a work environment that fits their business plan, while always being flexible so furnishings can be added and removed as needed.
There are several reasons to rent from CORT, such as undergoing an office renovation, or starting a business where conserving capital is a priority. Furniture rental is the perfect option if you are adding freelancers or interns to your team or opening up a satellite office for a short-term project. CORT is also a great solutions provider during uncertain business climates or when a disaster strikes and you need to set up a temporary office space.
To share her expertise and the business solutions CORT can provide to local and incoming businesses, Joni is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association; and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). She also serves on the resource development council for Space Coast EDC, and she has a CAS (Certified Annuity Specialist) designation, as well as a LYCEUM Designation to further demonstrate her expertise in helping her customers with budgeting and planning for their office needs.
