Initially nominated in the Medium Business category, Pegasus, Florida’s one-stop-shop for large group travel— was instead named Innovator of the Year for its unique and diversified approach to planning, logistics and delivery of some of the highest quality transportation services in the state.

With W.I.N.G.S you can view all of your transportation services together in one place. Quick access to your itinerary for the day, week or month assures your group will always be on time and in the right location.
The W.I.N.G.S digital platform also includes GPS Tracking so you can be aware of the location, area and arrival time of your contracted service.
Pegasus wants to make sure whoever boards the bus is never left behind. The W.I.N.G.S boarding check option assigns every passenger a special QR code. This unique ID can be tracked by quickly scanning the code prior to departure.
Traveling with a group can be difficult, and trying to make sure everyone is in their correct room can be a nightmare. When using the W.I.N.G.S rooming list option, guests and their designated rooms are uploaded into a neat and easy-to-follow list, allowing access to all accommodations.
W.I.N.G.S will show the number of people per room, with each guest’s specific room numbers, check-in date, check-out date and at which hotel/resort they are accommodated.
Sometimes, adjustments need to be made. Guests can always get in contact with Pegasus to request changes using W.I.N.G.S. Sales managers and coordinators work to adjust itineraries in a timely manner. Moreover, the real-time billing feature allows customers to see their invoice as changes are made.
Marketplace for Independent Travelers
Pegasus developed Marketplace in 2015 to capture an emerging Free Independent Travelers travel market. This service, with a 60 second sign-up process, allows hassle-free reservations for attraction tickets, sporting events, hotels and more.
The easy-to-use, password-protected booking engine enables clients to search for destinations, products and services quickly and efficiently.

As a Walt Disney World Select Tour Operator, Pegasus Marketplace offers one of the most user-friendly booking platforms in the industry, confirming all products and services 100 percent online. The system allows on-request bookings for those hard to find dates, allowing the Pegasus team to interact with Disney to try to confirm or find suitable alternatives.
